Coordinate Fundraising Activities – Coupon Books, Valley Concessions, Stadium Cleaning, etc.

Take notes at Band Booster Board meetings.

Take notes at Booster Club meetings.

Publish notes in a timely manner.

Collect & file written materials

File Registered Agent Paperwork

Treasurer

Booster Club financials

Run yearly reports for accountant (July/Aug)

Valleyfest Counting Room

Provide start-up money for events (Valleyfest, Jazz in the Hall, etc.)

Pay bills in a timely manner

Exercise financial controls

Collect fee payments – uniforms, trips, etc.

Communications Director

Creation/maintenance of Valley Bands website

End of Year Video & Program (for Spring Awards Banquet)

Manage communications to band parents, as requested

Manage Valley Bands social network footprint

Serve as primary point of contact for Booster communications
