What is Presto Assistant?

Presto Assistant is a tool used by the directors and the Boosters to communicate with parents and students in all areas of the band program. It is used to keep track of band students’ and parents’ email addresses and phone numbers, as well as managing program fees.

It is NOT connected to the WDMCS Infinite Campus system so any email/phone number changes need to be entered into Presto Assistant AND Infinite Campus.  

Please make sure the contact information in Presto Assistant is correct.

To enter Presto Assistant in a web browser, visit https://app.presto-assistant.com/

In order to log in the first time, you will need a unique password and link.   If you do not have this link, please email your student’s director.   They will double check the information and make sure you are connected with your student in the system.

To update your information after logging in, go to your name in the upper right hand corner of the page, click on the down arrow and the box pictured below will appear.   Click on “Manage your Presto profile” and it will allow you to update your information (including your password!).
